- Master the rudiments (exercises for the healthy drummer)?

- Take a graded exam in drums or percussion?
Every student will have the opportunity to learn all of these things (and more).
Lessons are tailored to each individual so there is no pressure to take exams or learn rudiments if that doesn’t fit with the student’s needs .
A variety of teaching materials and books are used combined with Robbie’s own exercises to create a balanced musical learning experience.
The main focus of the lessons is to have fun making music!
The Studio
Robbie Gibson BMus(Hons), LRAM
Robbie is a professional drummer, percussionist and teacher with over 15 years experience.
Since graduating as a performer and licensed teacher from the Royal Academy of Music in 2009, Robbie has taught a wide range of drummers of all ages and abilities. He has had the pleasure of touring the world with some West End musicals and shows like “Mamma Mia!”, “Avenue Q” and “Star Wars in Concert”.
